Step 1 – Become a seller in one click
- Create a single account to buy and sell
- Activate your seller profile from your dashboard
Step 2 – Showcase your item
- Add high-quality photos (clear and well-framed)
- Fill in a complete description:
- Title, condition, size, style, material
- Selling price or rental price per day
- Available dates for rental
Step 3 – Your items go live
- They become instantly visible to buyers
- Buyers can:
- Buy directly
- Contact you to negotiate or ask questions
- Book a rental for chosen dates
Step 4 – Get paid with full transparency
- As soon as an order is placed, USwapX securely holds the payment
- You’re notified by email
- Payment is released after buyer confirmation or automatically after 5 business days

3. Buy or rent an item
Shop or rent with confidence in 5 steps:
Step 1 – Find what you’re looking for
- Browse by style, theme, size, or occasion
- Search according to your needs or preferences
- Check descriptions, photos, and seller ratings
Step 2 – Chat if needed
- Review the price and any applicable fees (delivery or service)
- Use the integrated messaging to:
- Ask a question
- Request more photos
- Negotiate a price or rental
Step 3 – Reserve or buy
- For rental: select your desired dates
- For purchase: simply add the item to your cart
- Choose your preferred delivery method
- Select a secure payment option (credit card, Stripe, etc.)
Step 4 – Receive your item
- The item is shipped according to the agreed-upon terms
- Payment is held by USwapX until you confirm receipt
Step 5 – Confirm receipt
- Once received, you have 5 business days to:
- Confirm receipt
- Report any issues if necessary
After this period, payment is automatically released to the seller.
Transparency & security for buyers
- No payment is released to the seller before your confirmation
- You clearly see:
- The product price
- Any service fees
- The delivery options
- Support available in case of disputes
4. Looking for an item or a specific look

USwapX lets you post a personalized request visible to the entire community.
Posting a request is easy
1. Create your request
Give it a clear title: “Looking for a gold satin dress for June 15”
Describe what you’re searching for:
Style: boho, chic, streetwear, etc.
Item type: jacket, dress, suit, etc.
Desired size, color, budget
Event date or usage period
2. Add one or more photos
Upload an inspiration photo from the web, Instagram, or your wardrobe.
This helps sellers better understand what you want
You can even upload a full look if you’re searching for a complete outfit
3. Your request is published
It appears in the “Requests” or “Desired Look” category
